The VoiceLine Chrome Extension lets you use VoiceLine directly in any application open in Google Chrome.

This article will:

• Walk through the steps to install and configure the VoiceLine Chrome extension.

Before you start

<aside> 💡 You will need a VoiceLine account. If you don’t have one yet, ask your team members to invite you or sign up to our waitlist. You also will need to complete all of the following steps on Google Chrome. Using Microsoft Edge? Head on over here to get specific installation instructions!

Installation and Setup

1. Open the Google Chrome Browser

2. Click here to go to the Chrome Web Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/voiceline/fnbobniaggkdclhfekhoajnpnbdaldbf

3. Click on 'Add to Chrome'

1. Confirm again by clicking on 'Add extension'

1. If you’re not already logged in, you will be redirected to a login screen. Enter your credentials.

2. You will then be redirected to an onboarding tutorial. Go through it at your own pace—here’s the link if you want to refer to it later!

3. Pin VoiceLine to your taskbar for easiest access by clicking on the puzzle icon in the top right corner

1. Click on the VoiceLine Extension Icon again to start working 🥳

<aside> 💡 Before recording your first VoiceLine on a new site, Chrome prompts you to grant access to your microphone on the top left of your screen. Click “Allow” and you’re all set!
