InspectRate (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the InspectRate mobile application.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

We collect limited information necessary to operate the app:

• Email address (provided by you during account creation for authentication)
• User-provided quote data, such as property labels or addresses, inspection details, pricing inputs, saved quotes, and payment request details
• Contact & Notes data, such as client name, client company, client phone number, client email address, agent name, agent company, agent phone number, agent email address, and quote notes entered by the user
• User identifiers, such as account/user ID
• Subscription and purchase status related to app access

We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or Stripe account credentials inside InspectRate.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and operate the app’s functionality
• Authenticate users
• Store and retrieve quotes and user preferences
• Manage subscription access
• Create and manage payment request links when users choose to use Get Paid
• Improve the app experience
