InsightFlow is a conversational analytics system designed for enterprise teams overwhelmed by traditional dashboards.
In many organizations, decision-makers rely on 15+ disconnected dashboards, complex filters, and rigid reporting tools to answer simple business questions. This creates friction, delays, and misinterpretation of data — especially for non-technical stakeholders.
InsightFlow replaces this fragmented experience with a 3-screen conversational workflow, where users can ask questions in natural language, explore insights visually, and take controlled actions with human approval.
The platform is designed for data-heavy, high-risk environments where trust, explainability, and auditability are as important as speed.
My approach focused on reducing cognitive load without reducing analytical power.
Instead of redesigning dashboards, I questioned the assumption that dashboards are the right interface for decision-making at all.
I designed InsightFlow around how people actually think and decide, not how databases are structured.
