In order to achieve alignment across the organization, some parts of the One Page Strategic Plan (OPSP) are inherited from the General Company Circle by all subcircles. Some other parts are inherited from a 'brand' (for example: Voys)

What parts are inherited from the GCC circle?

These elements of the OPSP are inherited from the General Company Circle by the entire organization. In other words: you can't just change them in your subcircle.

• Strengths, but subcircles can add to this
• Weaknesses, but subcircles can add to this
• Trends, but subcircles can add to this
• General prioritization
• 3-year picture
• Critical number

For 2021 and beyond, you can use this partially filled OPSP for your own circles. Make a copy and build onto it for your own circle.

Alignment

The other elements of the OPSP, such as Key Thrusts, Key Initiatives etc. are set by the subcircles themselves. The important thing to consider here is alignment. It's better and more efficient if we all move in the same direction, so align your circle strategy & priorities to those of the supercircle.
