1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Ingrecare mobile and web application (“Service”) provided by Ingrecare (“Company”) and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Ingrecare helps users record foods they eat, ingredients they wish to avoid, and how they felt after eating.

The Service is provided for personal wellness and self-awareness purposes only and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Definitions

• “Service” means all features and functions provided by Ingrecare across devices (mobile, tablet, or web).
• “User” refers to any individual who registers and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction, to use the Service.

The Service is available only in supported regions and must not be accessed from restricted countries.

4. Regional Availability

Ingrecare is currently available in the United States, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Australia.

The Service is not offered to users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, China, Russia, Iran, Cuba, Syria, or any other region subject to data transfer restrictions or trade sanctions.

We do not knowingly collect or process data from residents of those regions.
