You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with creators, driving campaigns end-to-end, and ensuring every collaboration feels aligned with the Secret Alchemist world.
What you’ll do
- Lead influencer marketing strategy across campaigns, launches, gifting, and brand moments.
- Identify, onboard, and manage creators across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and culture spaces.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and collaborators.
- Own campaign execution end-to-end, outreach, negotiation, briefing, timelines, approvals, and reporting.
- Work closely with content and design teams to ensure visual and storytelling consistency across creator content.
- Track campaign performance, creator quality, and audience resonance.
