FINAL BLOOD SAMPLES, AGERATE & DELON KITS COLLECTION:

Phase 2 of the Longevity Biomarkers Competition will take place from March 7 to March 13.

Phase 2 Reminder

It is mandatory to have the following in order to participate:

• 2 registered and completed AgeRate kits (small blood samples) ****For those who cannot register these kits due to regional Appstore restrictions—Please notify Jasmine or Macsue with Kit # *IMPORTANT: Your first AgeRate kit should already be completed, and you are handing in a 2nd one on this appointment. PLEASE DO NOT disturb previously stored samples!
• 1 completed Deleon Omics kit (micro urine samples) **PLEASE REGISTER YOUR KITS PRIOR TO HANDING IN

Please ensure all kits are registered in the corresponding apps before submission.

During this visit we will repeat:

• Weight
• Hip & waist measurements
• Grip strength
• Written cognitive test (to be completed onsite)
