At the Index Coop - every offboarding is a chance to capture learnings and improve the organization. We have no method for capturing this unabashed and unbiased input.
High Level Project Objective/Deliverable:
TO: Develop a consistent onboarding process
IN A WAY THAT:
- Gives voice to every departing contribributor
- Captures unbiased input from the departing contributors
- Balances contributor input with leadership perspective
- Quantifies the loss: regretted, ambivalent, unregretted
SO THAT:
- IC has the opportunity to learn from these losses
- IC develops an “early warning signal” for cultural / personnel issues
- A contributors last contact with IC is mostly-positive experience
