Business Need/Purpose:

At the Index Coop - every offboarding is a chance to capture learnings and improve the organization.  We have no method for capturing this unabashed and unbiased input.

High Level Project Objective/Deliverable:

TO: Develop a consistent onboarding process

IN A WAY THAT:

• Gives voice to every departing contribributor
• Captures unbiased input from the departing contributors
• Balances contributor input with leadership perspective
• Quantifies the loss: regretted, ambivalent, unregretted

SO THAT:

• IC has the opportunity to learn from these losses
• IC develops an “early warning signal” for cultural / personnel issues
• A contributors last contact with IC is mostly-positive experience
