This Master-level project explores the application of systematic UI design in a fast-paced, multiplayer environment. Through critical analysis and redesign of Overwatch 2’s interface, the project aims to restore clarity, consistency, and user flow across menus and game layers.
Overwatch 2 introduced new systems and monetization layers, but several UX choices reduced clarity and fairness. Matchmaking, map picks, and reward systems often felt outside of player control, leading to frustration across PC and console audiences.
