Music is medicine. This space brings together music, rhythm, writing and lived experience to support presence and regulation, explored gently, in real time. Created with attention to neurodivergent minds and depth of feeling, it invites listening, reflection, movement, and connection in everyday life.
Play it anywhere, anytime. Let your body decide what happens.
Follow rhythm, not rules
Seven playlists mapped and rooted in energy, elements, chakras, and crystals. A living journey of grounding, movement, clarity, expression, and integration. Created from lived experience, guided by music as a regulator and teacher within nonlinear, sensitive systems. Informed by intuition, instinct, embodied power, and a deep respect for the dragon force within. A recognition of wholeness and love.
Who am I & Why you are here
I don’t believe in smallness, urgency, or forcing clarity. I believe in timing, presence, and honesty.
Music, movement, and reflection have been steady companions through my life, helping me stay connected through uncertainty, change, and periods of deep transition.
I was diagnosed as neurodivergent in adulthood, which gave language to patterns I had already been living with for years: sensitivity to rhythm, intensity, sound, and shifts in energy and attention. Music and movement weren’t hobbies for me; they were ways of regulating, focusing, and staying present long before I understood why they mattered so deeply.
If you’ve landed here, it’s likely because something in this way of relating to music, to self, to experience resonates. Recognition is enough.
Music meets the body and moves what words can’t
Music has always been a way of regulating, orienting, and remembering.
It carries rhythm, emotion, and tone, meeting us where we are without asking us to explain or fix anything. At different moments, music can ground, energize, soften, or clarify. It doesn’t push. It responds.
