Increase the Facebook post's engagement rate by improving the number of "likes" for the post.

Facebook user segment can be broadly classified into two categories:

To increase social validation for user posts, I will identify the problems that block engagement for both the user segment and brainstorm solutions to address them.

Problems in the post creator segment:

  1. Users' posts are often regular plain text content without any interesting emojis, nuggets or media formats.
  2. Some of the user posts are difficult to read and consume either due to poor sentence formation or complicated vocabulary.
  3. The user creates a post once in a while and infrequently.
