Imprints is a collage quadriptych reated through a combination of cyanotype and anthotype printing processes. The work is an exploration in turning plant material into art through light, time, and human experiment. The prints were made with imagery drawn from nature, landscapes, and microscopic views of various plants and vegetables. The result is a layered visual conversation between the texture of soil and leaf, the structure of cells and pigment, and the landscape that surrounds us. Imprints is about discovery, transformation, and the joy of creating something from the natural world using your own experimentation. The work explores how humble, everyday plants and vegetables can be reborn as colour and form, celebrating the connection between the natural world and human creativity.
