Especially in a start up environment, where every day is fast, we are dealing with the nuts and bolts of building, therefore it is important to have a moment of reflection and alignment, to look back at what you built, assess the impact, recalibrate if needed. This is a moment to also reflect on how we can grow together, individually, through our skills and aspirations and how we are building the company we always wanted to work in.
