What was done

• Probed write lane A (Bash). Failed ENOSPC on its own tmp-dir creation. Lane dead this session, cannot self-heal from inside the wedged shell. Did not loop.
• Skipped pushing live PATCHes since no targets needed remediation.
• Pulled site-wide image issue counts from Ahrefs Site Audit MCP (project 9708957) as read-lane fallback. This avoids Cloudflare 503 risk entirely since it is third-party crawl data.
• Pulled the 404 list and ran a page-explorer query ordered by image-link count ascending. Confirmed no indexable HTML page has zero images.
• Wrote CSV inventory and findings report to the Projects folder.
