Why do we need illustrators?

We are looking for a way to get more donations so that we can keep Designed.org free for our users. In 2021, we want to add new services and improve our operations and that includes being able to get some core employees which requires... money.

In order to get more donations, we want to sell some Design gear like t-shirts, phone cases, and more (Print-on-demand). The sales will cover the costs of the products and the benefits will 100% stay in Designed.org as a donation to help us cover our operational costs.

We are looking for illustrators to donate illustrations to us to use on that online store. We will work with you on deciding in which elements will the illustration be printed (anything from mugs to phone cases, and clothing). Also, we will create an artist profile for you so people know, at all moments, who is the artist that made what they buy.

What type of illustrations are we looking for?

We want illustrations appealing to our audience: designers. We're specially excited for illustrations that:

Are beautiful
Relate to design or the designers' day to day in any way
Are funny or witty
Are self-contained. Because of the printing requirements, we need something that is self-contained (we usually have only a small space to print on)
