The name Identity’s Discourse is borrowed from Roland Barthes' classic A Lover's Discourse. Identity is an abstract construct, we usually place "identity" in a certain background or framework before we can comprehend or deconstruct it. The fragmentation of on-chain identity manifests as dispersed data, like pieces of composable thoughts. Therefore, Identity’s Discourse got inspired by Barthes and use tools of structuralism to research and discuss Web 3 identity through analysis and demonstration.
