- Daniel setting up good norms for dealing with small conflicts so large ones become easier. knowing how you can talk to and who can hold space well, can deal with the problems before they get to big. if there is a problem following up on it until its resolved. He might just not know what is going on. if there is no good faith left then discussions aren't helpful. i don't like the guilty until proven innocent, i find it biases the environment towards making accusations. seems like he was acting better until the whole house turned on him. seems like the house didn't have enough cohesion to take on the task that people wanted it to.
If he can't be punished then what's the point of the rules?
