Terms and Conditions

MUST READ

1. Payment is required upfront to secure your order. Payments can only be made through QRIS.
2. Filling out the form means you have decided to place an order. If you ghost after submitting it, you will be added to the block list.
3. The working time is 1–7 days after payment is received, depending on the current queue and my schedule.
4. For rush orders (1–3 hours), please confirm availability first. Note: There will be an additional fee of Rp4.000 for each layout.
5. The picture for the icon must be provided by you. No prohibited content (membership, etc.). Please be mindful.
6. Please check the Picture Guide attached to the catalog.
7. You are entitled to one (1) minor revision (light and colors). Just let me know what adjustments you’d like, and I will refine it to better match your preferences.
8. If you would like a major revision (such as changing the picture), there will be an additional fee of Rp3.000 for each revision.
