ITA (IT Association) is a non-profit community that brings together IT professionals, students, and industry partners with one core mission:

to strengthen the IT ecosystem by sharing knowledge, experience, and opportunities.

We do not sell education, do not run commercial courses, and do not profit from mentorship.

Our initiatives exist to support people, grow talent, and make the IT industry more transparent and accessible.

The ITA Mentorship Program is a natural extension of this mission.

🌱 Why We Created This Program

Entering IT is often confusing:

• too many courses
• unrealistic promises
• little clarity about real career paths

This program exists to:

• help beginners make informed decisions
• connect them with real industry professionals
• replace myths with experience
• support growth through human-to-human guidance

ITA acts as a connector and facilitator, not a seller.
