IT-VoC Deployment Management System

Project Overview & Planning

Participated in the planning of a unified platform to standardize the VoC (Voice of Customer) system and CI/CD environments—previously operated independently by each overseas subsidiary—under HQ standards. Served as Technical Architect (TA) throughout the initiative.

Roles up to the First Pilot Release

• Led the overall infrastructure and software architecture design for both development and production servers.
• Addressed closed-network environment constraints by configuring Red Hat 9.4 RPM packages and resolving OS version compatibility issues.
• Designed development environment workarounds for mismatches with the authentication server and established a migration plan for production deployment.
• Provided developers with a fully equipped development environment and delivered technical guidelines.
• Performed end-to-end TA responsibilities, including technical communication with the client, requirements analysis, and deployment strategy design.
