MEMBERSHIP in SYNTHESIS INCLUDES:

• Weekly cohort experiences
• Small group intensives*
• Events, challenges, tournaments, design studio

INTENSIVES are designed for our most dedicated Synthesis students. Small, facilitator-led clusters will be meeting continuously for twelve (12) sessions over the next three months. Students willing to dedicate themselves to the concept of *kaizen (*continuous improvement) are invited to participate. The goals of the program are to:

<aside> 🧪 d. Give students the opportunity to build a comprehensive portfolio around the concept of kaizen and reflect on their growth as a problem solver and collaborator.
