Immediate Return is Key
To maintain the integrity and accuracy of your test results, please proceed with the sample return immediately after you have:
- Registered your kit online.
- Taken your sample.
Why? Any significant delay can result in the deterioration of the sample, potentially affecting your results.
Step-by-Step Return Guide
- Login to your Biostarks account at https://results.biostarks.com/home
- Select the “return sample” button in the right sidebar:

- Select between a single sample or multiple samples, click “NEXT”

- Pick the correct kit ID from the drop down menu and click “NEXT”

- Tick the boxes for attaching the barcode and placing the Hemaspot in the envelope, click “NEXT”

- Select the region where you’re shipping from, then click “NEXT”

- In next step, fill in your adress, press “continue”

- In refund Option window, press “continue”

- Select “Drop-off point”

- In the overview window, doublecheck the correct amount of kits and the correct type, press “complete”

- In the following window select “Download return label” - it will take cca 3 minutes for the label to be generated. (It will pop up on your screen and You will find it in Downloads on your computer)

- This may be lagging, sometimes you need to refresh the window, or go back to previous step and download the label again (make sure your add blocker is disabled, as it may block all the popups)

You will find the label from the Files/Downloads on your laptop, print it and attach to the packed sample (if this gets difficult, please contact our support at support@hololifecenter.com)

After you attach the shipping label, drop the package at the nearest UPS pickup point. See the dropoff locations fromt he official UPS website:
https://www.ups.com/global

- Select your country and in next step, click “Locations” in top left bar, to find nearest UPS dropoff. Each bigger town should have at least 1 dropoff location.

- That’s it :) Now you are ready to send your package to the lab.
Shipping Alternative: Using Traditional Postal Services
If you are unable to reach a UPS Dropoff location or if the nearest point is inconveniently far, you have the option to ship your test sample using your local traditional postal service at your own cost.
Follow these steps for shipping via postal mail:
- Prepare the Shipment: Ensure your test sample is sealed securely in the provided shipping materials, just as you would for the UPS dropoff.
- Determine Cost and Service:
- Visit your local post office or their website to calculate the appropriate postage.
- Crucially, use a service that provides a tracking number (e.g., Registered Mail, Priority Mail, or a similar tracked option). This is essential for confirming safe delivery to the lab.
- Address the Package: Clearly affix the provided lab address label onto the package.
- If you do not have a pre-printed label, confirm the exact shipping address with the lab or through the kit instructions.
- Mail the Sample: Drop off the package at your local post office.
- Record the Tracking: Immediately record the tracking number provided by the postal service. You may need this to confirm delivery or inquire about the package status.
