Software Requirements Specification (SRS) for Ijwi - Citizen Engagement Hub
The purpose of this document is to specify the functional and non-functional requirements for Ijwi, a multi-channel citizen engagement platform for submitting, tracking, and resolving public complaints.
Ijwi enables citizens to lodge complaints via Web (text), SMS, and Voice. The system applies AI-driven analysis to validate and categorize complaints, auto-assigns them to responsible agencies, and provides real-time tracking. Admin and institutional users access dashboards for management, assignment, and analytics.
This SRS describes: overall architecture, external interface requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, and system design constraints.
