The people part

The not people part

Everything is about breathing. Breathing is about modeling literally — collecting and synthesizing environmental information. Vision is not as important.

Characters, problem and development: Yo and Ei. E really likes Y, doesn’t understand why Y likes E back, is afraid to lose Y, will with long distance as Y makes a new friend F, how can they all love each other forever? Play catch.

What is their shared problem? Don’t know how to be with other people. What is their relationship? friends, mutually jealous, mutually liking, bodily (moving), monetarily unequal, social skills unequal, same love for drawing (same class). Y’s dad is E’s dad’s driver, E and Y both have to leave Beijing because E has residency issues so she’s going to Canada and Y has breathing problems so she’s going to Yunnan. They stay in touch long distance by creating characters and drawing a story together. They solve their teenage emotional problems in the stories. Y meets a bad international student who deceived her that pull out is safe. E joins a Marxist Leninist War Wolf reading club. They meet each other again after 5 years, in Hawaii. That’s the human story.

The illogical and unreal part: As a side product, they discovered the existence of fission-fusion processes (previously just atomic in scale) on the sociological scale. How? The way they drew the stories when deadline approached, it was representing the underlying process of repulsion (quick narrative arc) and density fluctuation (dot etching). It was accurate when the story got to the hands of an atomic physicist who was browsing BL subculture twitter. They become friend-teacher trio. In the sequel, They become a psychotherapy consulting pair touring Japan in summer of 2016.

This is a narrative arc about a disease and many searches for cures, then the cure having unexpected effects that lead to insights or new problems or new cures for other diseases.

A scene:

Y: “so…. I finally drew some h pics for our sons [drawing][drawing] not sure how the position would work but I just had to.”

E: “akdjbsvlkv [nosebleed sticker] ok I think this will rack us enough likes for unlocking the chapter puzzle. And speaking of, I used double exposure in photoshop to find this clue [diagram]”

Y: “smh my brain’s fried from the project master’s puzzles. New friends from school are cool but I’m so tired searching up all the jokes in english, just wanna YY romance between our children here.”

E: “hahaha my school hasn’t started yet I hope it’s not as bad as yours. Dude the temperature is so much nicer in Dali than Beijing [picture]. For the romance plot, we can setup an encounter in the farmer’s market scene, maybe that can escalate their tension since they first met in the battle flashback. I want to try panel comics style this time, might need to pull an all-nighter hehe.”

The illogical imagination part:

Actually these kids are emotionally sick (nature lacking, city adapted) because they don’t have this mental image of MECE and nonlinear visualization! They need to understand that chaos exist. Then they’d not worry about random things and give up easily.
