Sometimes there are unique requirements to products and types of brands we accept in our events or spaces, and we manage these through a curation process.

All applications are reviewed carefully when we receive them (your booking will reflect a "In Review" status). Because of limited capacity, we regret that not all applications are accepted.

If your booking has been one that wasn't selected, you would have received an email informing you that your booking has been "Declined".

In such a case, our team will contact you to offer alternatives, a credit refund, or a cash refund. In the event you haven't hear from us after 5 working days, please email spaces@invade.co with your booking ID.
