Technical Product Manager & Project Manager (20 hours/week)

fraction, Remote — (Feb 2023 - Present )

• Manage 0 > 1 build of a wealth management platform for advisors to manage client holdings and assets.
• Led the team in road mapping and daily/weekly project management of our priorities, responsible for tasks, development relations, and client engagement. In the past 3 months, led the team in building a calculation engine to graph historical charts and revamped the front-end using Next.js
• Responsible for a portfolio of 10 clients. Responsible for providing project management for Asana boards, Developer quality and health, as well as building timelines for clients to understand feasibility and dependencies to launch their products.

Senior Product Owner / Scrum Master

Northwestern Mutual*, Remote — (July 2022 - Feb 2023)*

• Led the launch of a third-party vendor Slack integration by collaborating with our business partners and our Engineer Lead to craft PI planning, epics, testing plan, outlined requirements, and troubleshoot technical roadblocks with the vendor. By launching this integration, the Procurement team was able to approve purchase orders at an increased speed.
• Identified a gap in our Travel Team’s web app that was causing faulty reservation data being entered and saved on our database. I built a user journey map, highlighted user gaps, and worked with my full-stack dev to release an updated form collection component with error handling. This release improved our data collection for travel requests.
• Set the vision for an API build that exposes account hierarchical data to our Managed Investments team for segmentation purposes.
