For my project I created a chatbox using Chatra and using it saved replies feature to maximize response times from customer service representatives. Using the company FAQ page answers I used them to make saved replies so whenever a customer asks about a certain subject they can just use the "/" sign and follow up with a word related to that subject and just paste the reply there instead of typing it out. Here are examples below 👇

For this scenario the customer is asking about what products they sell.

By typing in "/product" your reply suggestion will pop up and all you have to do is click on the saved reply you want for this instance we are explaining the product we are selling.

By typing in "/questions" you'll give them a saved response that will direct them somewhere else to find information.
