• How It Works
  1. 🏋🏽‍♀️Weekly sessions at the same time - Doesn't matter if we have 1 person or 10 people.
  2. 📑Once you're a member, you can attend a session and/or submit an idea you want to share.
     • If you have an idea to share, you must be prepared to present:
  3. 💌You'll receive an email to confirm when you'll present your idea. We discuss as many ideas as possible in maximum of 45 mins.
  4. 📹Each session is recorded and shared with the participants. You have to attend one session to have access to the recordings.
  5. 📪It's up to you to connect with members outside of the 45 minute session.
