Nobody knows what they truly are, but it is known that they brought humanity across the galaxy, spreading them to different planets, which is how Hyquans, and supposedly other human-like aliens, were born.

Cultural Significance

• According to the culture of Danthicals, Hyperion arrived in Udyria after the Allthronoms were brought to extinction. It isn’t clear what alerted them of Udyria’s existence. Hyperion fixed the damage Allthronoms had done. They mended the biological wounds Allthronoms inflicted upon the Danthical and Earthborn kind, but they were unable to truly revert them back to their original state before the arrival of Allthronoms.
• Hyperion’s former presence can be observed in Wrath’s Eye mines, and the vault of Aphelion, where Amarath dwells. It is also possible that they are connected to the Hitchhikers, a spider-like species that lives in the mountains of Virbusk, who have shown signs of intelligent communication based on learning and adapting words.
