Advancing Water Sustainability in a Changing Climate

Our research aims to improve the understanding of hydrological and ecohydrological processes to address water-related challenges under climate change and support sustainable water resource management.

Research areas:

• Climate change impacts on hydrological extremes, including extreme precipitation, droughts, floods, and wildfires
• Integrated ecohydrological modeling and field observations to investigate water–vegetation interactions
• Analysis of water–energy–carbon systems, including interactions among solar energy, vegetation, and hydrological processes
