This policy explains how users of the Hydrate app can request deletion of their account and personal data, in compliance with Google Play policy requirements.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Hydrate app account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team at: support@rehydrate.app
- Include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- The email address associated with your Hydrate app account
- Your reason for deletion (optional)
- Any additional context you’d like to provide
- Wait for confirmation - We will respond within 7 business days to confirm receipt of your request
- Account deletion completion - Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
Immediately Deleted:
- Personal profile information (name, email address)
- Daily water intake entries and history
- Custom drink preferences and settings
- Goal settings and preferences
- Notification preferences
- Achievement and streak data
- All user-generated content and notes
