Meditation progress

Your chapter completions and streak are stored on our servers so your progress is preserved if you change devices.

Stored only on your device

The following is stored locally and never sent to our servers:

• Daily mood check-ins
• Breathing session history
• Background sound preference
• Streak freeze usage

How we use your data

• To authenticate your account and keep your progress in sync
• To display your streak, chapter history, and statistics within the app
