How to set it up

1️⃣ Import the CSV

• Download, then drag and drop the below .csv file into Notion

  Recognition_Moments_Database.csv

• Select “Create database.”

2️⃣ Set up your properties

• Journey Stage → Select
• Recognition Type → Multi-select
• Who Owns It → Multi-select
• Status → Select (Active / Planned / Needs Work)

3️⃣ Create your key views

• 🗂️ Board View: by Journey Stage - mirrors your lifecycle map
• 📊 Table View: by Who Owns It - shows HR vs manager vs leadership ownership
• 🖼️ Gallery View: by Recognition Type - to visualise recognition moments
• 🧾 List View: by Status - to track rollout progress
