Risk mitigation

  1. Product-Market Fit Risk. The product is stable for many months and the market has been validated. We have growing number of active paying users and thousands of prospects. We successfully reached product-market fit.
  2. Product risk. We’ve had over hundred interviews with prospects and customers and know exactly what they ask us for. We have 100% clarity on how our product needs to look like to satisfy their demands (see product demo video of v.1.0 and clickable Prototype of the v.2.0).
  3. Market risk. We will have to prove that we have a stable business model and know how to make money from our operations in a consistent way. We need to verify that we can scale with the LTV and CAC that we see so far.
  4. Execution & Scaling risk. Once we have obvious traction and a fully formed business model (1000+ users), what will remain in question is whether our organization can continue to grow and execute against our market potential
