Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Gitpod is committed to making diversity, equity and inclusion part of everything we do - from how we build our product to how we hire new Gitpodders and of course, how we work with each other day to day. At Gitpod we try to use gender-neutral pronouns unless the person you're referring to is actually that gender. In particular, don't use he, him, his, she, or her as gender-neutral pronouns, and don't use he/she or (s)he or other such punctuational approaches. Instead, use the singular they. Example: When the user signed up, they were able to open a workspace.
