How We Hire

  1. Once we receive your application we will review it internally and may ask for further information based on your responses. Not all applications will be replied to due to the volume of requests we get.
  2. You'll be asked to join a 30-minute call with our CEO, Ben Tossell to get to know you.
  3. There may be a follow-up call with another member of the team.
  4. If your skills are everything we hoped they'd be and more, you'll join the Makerpad team for a 2-week paid trial (or longer, if this has been agreed).
  5. During the trial we'll show you how how we work and get you up to speed with your potential role at Makerpad.
  6. We'll review your work once the trial is over, and if both parties want to continue, we'll go from there!
