Deciding what products to drop


Usually, what we like to do is email our current customers with Email polls

We send them 2 questions:

Each question has 4 different options to choose from (if we let people type in their answers things would get very messy)

This works great for 2 main reasons

  1. You can find out exactly what your customers want by just sending an email
  2. Customers feel more attached to your brand as they get a say in what products you release, increasing customer loyalty
