Working for a DAO is a little bit different than working for a traditional company.

⚠️ NOTE: if you want to get PAID for work in the DAO, you will need to get a proposal approved FIRST! Proposals asking for work already done are going to be rejected.

The best way to work for a DAO, is to... start. A few ideas include:
-
Joining our community calls (there are lots, so choose which interest you)
- Add our community calls to your Google Calendar using this link:

Learning about Working Groups
- Our teams are organized in Working Groups, learn more about them here.
-
Say hi in the following Discord channels:
- Introductions!
- looking-to-contribute
- There are also Working Group channels where some more serious work happens, feel free to say hi there!
-
Hop on some 1:1 calls
- "Hey, looking to contribute! Who should I talk to?" goes a super long way. Don't be afraid to ask. Make sure you speak to people in the right Working Group if you are looking to work within a specific area.
- Often, someone will reach out to you if you add your information in looking-to-contribute
-
Work on a proposal!
- You can see the proposal process for Working Group contributors here
- Once you have a sense of what we are doing, and have met people within the DAO, you should work towards a proposal. This proposal would likely be submitted to the Working Group snapshot instances.
- You will not be paid for work complete without first getting approved via a proposal.
