How to structure your knowledge base first

Before converting to HTML, make sure your Claude project has clear structure. Each scenario should have:

• What this situation means — how to read the prospect's intent
• The right tone/approach — how to respond (warm, direct, curious, etc.)
• A reply framework — the structure of the reply, not a word-for-word script
• What to avoid — common mistakes for this scenario

If your markdown file is a wall of text, spend 20 minutes organizing it by scenario first. The HTML tool is only as good as the knowledge it's built on.
