Why should I install my sales tracking?

Setting up Sales Tracking

Premium customers can setup sales tracking!

Install the sales tracking code to see how each of your Review Boxes is performing and to see Racecheck's direct influence on your sales!

  1. Within your Organiser Dashboard, simply click into any of your 'Events'

  2. Then click on 'Widgets’ at the top, and click in to the ‘Premium Review Box,’ Please note that sales tracking is not available for any other widget type!

  3. You'll see the 'Sales Tracking’ tab on the left, click on this and the instructions will display. (Click to forward these to your dev team if you are non-technical!)

  4. The first phase of sales tracking is the ‘Intent to Book’ tracking which should be installed onto any page with buttons/links that forward site visitors to your registration platform.

  5. Phase 2 is to track ‘Completed Sales’ by adding a simple piece of code to your ‘thank you’ or ‘registration complete’ page in your registration process. Here is an example:
