Steps Guide

Step 1:

Click on「Keyword Automation」 on the side bar (looks like a little robot)，click on「Create」and a new panel will appear

Step 2:

Here you will be able to set the rules of your keyword reply, rules including : Message Exactly Is“，”Message Contains Text“ and“Message Contains”, ”Message Starts With“

• What is “Message Exactly Is”, “Message Contains Text”, “Message Contains Phrase”

Step 3:

response with a message flow that you have set up corresponding to the keyword you have set up

Step 4:

after setting up you may click「Save」
