AI Apps can now send their outputs—summaries, insights, scorecards, reports, and more—directly to your storage tools like Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, S3, and others.
Whether you're running an AI App on a single meeting or analyzing multiple meetings at scale, you can automatically export those results into the folders you already use to organize your content.
This guide will help you understand how AI Apps work with storage integrations, and how you can set up these automated workflows from either the Integrations page or the AI Apps page—whichever is easier.

To send AI app outputs to your storage tools, here’s all you need:
That’s it—once these are ready, you can choose whether to configure the integration from the Integration page or directly inside the AI app.
Both paths work the same, so you can use whichever feels easier.
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations:
Log in to your Fireflies account and go to the Integrations tab.

You can select an integration (e.g., Box, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.) or browse by category (e.g., storage) to view all available storage tools.

Step 2: Access the AI Apps Tab:
On the integration page, you'll see a new AI Apps tab.

If you already have AI Apps created, they will be listed here.

Step 3: Connect to the App:
