Get your first Dive meeting started in three steps:

  1. Build your agenda
  2. Invite your team
  3. Start your meeting

1. Build your agenda

Start by opening up the Dive web app and click on New Session in the top right corner. You’ll see a few options: Quick Hangout, Use a Template, and Schedule for Later.

Quick hangout

Clicked Quick Hangout will open up a blank Dive meeting space. You can choose to build an agenda, or simply get start with any of the apps. Every Dive space is loaded with features like emojis, sounds, GIFs, apps, and more.

Use a Template

Browse through dozens of meetings templates, each built with apps and agendas for every meeting type. Once you select a template, a Dive room will open up that is pre-loaded with an agenda and apps. You can always customize and edit the meeting space.

Schedule for later

Choosing Schedule for Later will open up the template options. Once you select a template, a Dive space will open up and you will be able to schedule the session for a later date. The time and date for the meeting will be displayed in the space.
