€10,000 MRR is where the magic starts to happen. It’s when you know your product is scalable, that there’s real demand, and that you can start aiming higher. As Y Combinator says, the magic formula is €10,000 MRR with 100 customers, meaning 100 customers paying you €100 per month.

A bit about me: my first SaaS was Coco AI, a platform that automated WhatsApp for Shopify. I sold it because our team wasn’t the right fit to take it further. During outreach for Coco AI, I realized that when I targeted people showing real interest, high-intent leads , my results were much better. What I used to do manually, I’ve now turned into a SaaS.
