🛠️ How to Manage Your Product Reviews

Welcome to the Manage Reviews section, where you can view and control all your product reviews in one place. Here's what you can do:

📋 Overview: The Manage Reviews Page

The Manage Reviews page displays all products with imported reviews.
From here, you can perform a variety of actions to moderate and maintain the quality of your reviews.

✅ Review Management Actions

For each review, you have these options:

Action	What It Does	When to Use
Publish / Unpublish (Set as Draft)	Make the review visible or hide it from public view	To approve or temporarily suspend a review
Pin a Review	Highlight the review at the top / give it prominence	To showcase particularly helpful or positive feedback
Reply / Respond	Write a response to the customer’s feedback	To engage with customers or address concerns
Delete Review	Permanently remove the review	For reviews that violate guidelines or are irrelevant

🔍 Filtering & Sorting

Use the Published / Unpublished filter to narrow down the list of reviews.
This helps you quickly find reviews that need your attention (e.g. unpublished ones awaiting approval).
