1. Backup original LALA.dll (just copy it and rename to "LALA Backup.dll").

  2. Open your LALA.dll file with Resource Hacker tool. Find "PNG" folder inside.

  3. Replace images manually by right click → select "Replace Resource"

There's probably a better way of installing a vst skin on Windows. I'm open to comments and suggestions so feel free to give me any thoughts on this.
