📥 How to Import Reviews

You can import customer reviews into your store easily using the Import Reviews tab. The process is simple, fast, and gives you flexibility in sourcing feedback.

🧭 Steps to Import Reviews

  1. Go to the Import Reviews tab

    From your dashboard or menu, navigate to Import Reviews.

  2. Select the product

    Choose which product you want to import reviews for.

  3. Choose the source

    You have three options:

    If you are using an external URL (e.g. import from AliExpress/Amazon), paste it into the designated field.

  4. Click “Import Now”

    Trigger the import process.

  5. Wait for confirmation

    The system will process your import; when it’s done, you’ll see a confirmation notice.

  6. Click “Import Completed”

    Finalize the process and generate the imported reviews.
