Lead retrieval is a useful feature that allows Sponsor Representatives to make notes about the Delegates they have interacted with.

To enable this, first scroll down to “Configuration” located in the menu.

                                                     Then, select “App settings”

Scroll down the page until you reach “Lead Retrieval” and then just simply click the “Yes” radio button.


Finally, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the submit button.

Now Sponsor Representatives are able to use Lead Retrievals during your event!
