There are two options how to create the path

1. Create the Path after creating space Instruction Link
2. Share the materials and we provide you the link to your private space with the path inside, there you can edit it, share from there with the learners and track analytics

Soon you paths can be shared publicly, so that your learners don't need to register

A suggested format for the onboarding path

Content

1. Introduce your self and the company/organisation (Goals, Vision and Plans)
2. Tell about the structure of onboarding and plan of onboarding with duration

In Marble you can create your profile and add links to your organization materials making "Introductory Path"

3. Provide the necessary knowledge to the employees structured in short chunks of different forms, texts, videos, checklists

Create a number of Learning Paths for each week, integrating already existing or newly created materials. Assign the specific people.

4. Explain that onboarding is a part if their learning and they can develop skills and track their progress

5. Track the progress and check the results

• The longer the onboarding the better your new employees will be integrated in the company.

Recomendations:

• It is important to think about two things Content and Structure, how it will be presented on a Marble platform.
• Keep the materials presented concise and clear.
• Be resourceful provide addition links and resources
• Use diverse elements: like short videos, links to websites pdf and etc
• You can use also publicly available materials for combining your path
