For Creating a Data Pending Query -



Now click on ‘Add Clarification’ Icon visible at the lower section of the ‘Data Pending’ Page View, to create your own Data Request.

This opens the sections to add the query. Users can add the context regarding any required documents and the timeframe they want the documents for, and get their request added in the Data Pending Section.

Note - the queries are de-duplicated, if the queries have been added previously so as the borrower get the exact set of queries and the documents required.
